Das Forsthaus »Rovtarica« ist geeignet für die Organisation verschiedener Seminare, Kurse und Tätigkeiten – z. B. der Forstpädagogik und nicht zuletzt für die Erholung der ganzen Familie. In der unberuhigten Umgebung der Wälder, wo man Rad fahren und wandern kann, findet man Ruhe.

In dem Haus können höchstens 19 Leute übernachten. Alle Zimmer (außer einem Doppelzimmer) verfügen über drei oder vier Betten.

Im Erdgeschoß gefinden sich die Küche mit dem Eßraum, ein Mehrzweckraum, zwei Badezimmer und drei Toiletten. Den Strom ermöglicht das Benzinaggregat, errichtet ist auch die Zentralheizung auf Brennholz. Im Erdegeschoß (Mehrzweckraum) befindet sich noch ein Kachelofen.

Die nächste und größte Siedlung Bohinjska Bistrica ist von Rovtarica 16 km entfernt.

Forsthaus Rovtarica, Nemški Rovt 38, 4264 Bohinjska Bistrica, befindet sich 46°17'8'' 14°5'29'' (GPS Koordinaten), auf der Hochebene Jelovnica, 1089 Meter ü. d. M. Seit 2004 gehört es zum Naturschutzgebiet »Natura 2000«.

Das Forsthaus ist aus vier Tälern zugänglich: aus Bohinj, aus dem Tal von Selce, aus Petrovo Brdo und aus der Hochebene Sorica.

It is accessible with all road vehicles, from four valleys: Bohinj, Lipnica and Selška valleys, or through Petrovski hrib and Soriška planina from the Primorska region. The fastest way is through Tolmin or Podbrdo - Petrovega

From Gorenjska or Ljubljana basin, the road connection is the fastest over Bohinjska Bistrica and Nemški Rovt or across Selška valley (Dražgoše). There is also a macadam road from the direction of Radovljica - Spodnja Lipnica.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the lessor can charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the rental value. In the event of a cancellation of a lease, less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival or in the event of an unforeseen event, the lessee may charge a fee of 100% of the rental value.

The lessor reserves the right to completely or partially deviate from the booking-lease, if, before the beginning of the lease or before the lease, there are extraordinary circumstances that could not be expected, removed or avoided, and for the lessor, these circumstances constitute a valid reason why the provisions would not have concluded if they had existed at the confirmation of the lease with an advance payment, but the landlord should, at the time of such circumstances, return the full to the payer.

If the landlord finds that after the completed stay the object or its surroundings is in a condition that exceeds the final cleaning, the lessor will charge additional cleaning in the amount of the cleaning costs. If the lessor finds damage on the facility or on its inventory, the beneficiary shall reimburse the damage or the purchase price of the replacement inventory.
