In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the lessor can charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the rental value. In the event of a cancellation of a lease, less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival or in the event of an unforeseen event, the lessee may charge a fee of 100% of the rental value.

The lessor reserves the right to completely or partially deviate from the booking-lease, if, before the beginning of the lease or before the lease, there are extraordinary circumstances that could not be expected, removed or avoided, and for the lessor, these circumstances constitute a valid reason why the provisions would not have concluded if they had existed at the confirmation of the lease with an advance payment, but the landlord should, at the time of such circumstances, return the full to the payer.

If the landlord finds that after the completed stay the object or its surroundings is in a condition that exceeds the final cleaning, the lessor will charge additional cleaning in the amount of the cleaning costs. If the lessor finds damage on the facility or on its inventory, the beneficiary shall reimburse the damage or the purchase price of the replacement inventory.
